Kithav respects your privacy and your parents' privacy. This note explains, in plain words, what we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- What you share with us on WhatsApp, in our forms, or in person: names, phone numbers, area, and the help you need
- For Kithav Emergency members only: the Emergency Card (medical details, medicines, preferred hospital, key contacts), collected in person, never through this website
How we use it
- To respond to your requests and follow up
- For Emergency members, to help in an emergency: we share the card only with the member's Circle, our doctor and the treating hospital or ambulance
- To improve Kithav, using our own records, kept with care
What we never do
- Sell or share your details for marketing
- Ask for bank details, OTPs, PINs or passwords
- Take any payment except at the Kithav Centre desk, against a Kithav receipt
- Post photos or videos of anyone who has asked us not to
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold about you or your parent, or ask us to correct or delete it, by WhatsApp at [HELP NUMBER]
- Ask us to remove any photo or video of you; we'll take it down promptly
