Questions
Why isn't the emergency number on the website?
So that every call on it comes from someone we know and have prepared for. That's what lets us answer fast, day and night.
My parent isn't registered yet. Can they still call you?
Please call 108 or 112. Until registration is complete, we don't have their card or Circle and can't respond safely.
Who sees my parent's medical details?
Only the Kithav on-call team, our doctor and, when needed, the treating hospital.
