How to ask
- WhatsApp us at [HELP NUMBER]Any time; we read and reply during opening hours
- Or visit the Help desk at the Kithav CentreMonday to Friday, 10:30 am – 2:00 pm and 4:00 – 6:00 pm
We take calls when someone is free, but a call is not the way to register a request. Please send it on WhatsApp or visit the Help desk — that way it is written in our Help Register and never lost.
Our promise
When you come to us, we will:
- Listen to you with patience
- Write your request in our Help Register
- Tell you who is helping you
- Try our very best — do it, guide you, or connect you to the right person
- Check back with you afterwards
For children living away
You can ask for help on your parent's behalf. Send us their name, area and what they need on WhatsApp. We'll speak with them, and keep you informed.
Please know
- We are only a medium. We promise our effort, not every outcome
- When we connect you to an outside service, they are responsible for their own work and charges
- We will never ask for bank details, OTPs, PINs or passwords
- Any payment is made only at the Kithav Centre desk, against a Kithav receipt
- Kithav Help is not a medical or emergency service. In an emergency, call 108 or 112.
